 Shake well before use. Spray generously onto the skin, concentrating on irritated areas of the skin and repeating as often as necessary.

 For damaged hair, first dry it gently with a towel after shampooing, then spray with Aloe First.

 After sun exposure, spray Aloe First on your face, body and hair after a nice cool shower.
